Theilman Home Improvements was founded in 2004 by Eric Theilman, a Rhinelander native who saw a need for a contractor who actually listened to homeowners, not one who showed up late, gave vague quotes, and disappeared after the check cleared.

Eric brought years of hands-on construction experience and a straightforward belief: do the job right the first time, be honest about what it costs, and stand behind your work. That philosophy hasn't changed in over two decades.

Today, THI handles everything from basement conversions and full kitchen remodels to interior painting and simple handyman repairs. Whatever your project, you'll work directly with Eric, not a salesperson or a subcontractor you've never met.
